Intake
stepsBefore arriving for your first appointment, we have a specific online intake form for adult chiropractic that will help our doctors understand your history and any questions you may have or arrive early to your appointment to fill them out.

FIRST
APPOINTMENTOur first appointment is focused on an initial consultation, where our doctor will talk through your intake form, as well as conduct a thorough examination of your spine and nervous system using both hands-on techniques and CLA Scan technology, which is non-invasive and safe for everyone.

FOLLOWING
APPOINTMENTSIn your second appointment, our doctors will walk you through their report of findings, and you’ll both decide on the best plan of action for your chiropractic care. Ongoing care will include regular check-ups, care, and education.

Each adjustment can take anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes. Give yourself at least 10 minutes when coming into our office. Besides the first two visits, our time spent together in each visit is short.
Some of us can turn our necks or twist our lower backs and hear some pops and cracks. It’s not hard to get that sound, it’s simply a gas release, not an adjustment. Spine adjustments performed by a chiropractor are specific.

Yes, there are several studies showing the effectiveness and safety of chiropractic care for kids. Normally, a gentle application is applied to the spine. There is never any cracking or popping while adjusting children.
You can bring a child in whenever you are ready. Some will bring their babies in as toddlers others are getting them adjusted from the day they are born, building a strong FOUNDATION.

I was pregnant and suffering from a lot of back pain and pain in my hips. Dr. Didar Grewal was amazing and took a lot of time helping to ease the pain and make pregnancy a lot more bearable. He took scans of my back and was able to pin point where the extra relief was needed. He also suggested stretches to do at home to help my pain between sessions. Truly a great experience!
